The claim that Helium-3 and Helium-4 are actively produced or supplied by Earth's core is evaluated against the retrieved literature. Papers [1] and [4] explicitly discuss the presence of primordial helium-3 in the core and model the core-mantle exchange where helium is transferred from the core into the mantle to feed surface plumes. The remaining papers focus on subduction, mantle wedge serpentinization, or crustal degassing without contradicting core-mantle volatile exchange. Therefore, the evidence supports the claim.
