Is it true that astronauts on the ISS drink recycled urine?

Yes. A NASA article states the ISS water recovery system reclaims urine and other wastewater into potable water the crew drinks, and a space Q&A confirms recycled water is used as drinking water. A popular book also asserts ISS astronauts drink recycled urine.
