Is it true that Facebook supports clickable hashtags in user posts?

Yes. A Wikipedia list of Facebook features states that in June 2013 Facebook introduced support for clickable hashtags, and a 2015 e-democracy proceedings volume describes Facebook hashtags as clickable and opening a display of other posts containing that hashtag. Several other studies note hashtags as a feature of Facebook posts but do not address clickability.
