CONTESTED PARTIAL
Recorded sources
4 sources for · 1 against

Counts group repeated records of the same source within each side. They do not measure evidence strength or source independence.

Is it true that IQ tests are biased against people from different cultures?

Partly. The retrieved items give only partial coverage: one encyclopedia entry says tests can be culture-bound and a culture-free assessment is impossible, and a 1979 study found some achievement-test items biased against Mexican Americans, while another reference reports a ruling that IQ tests were not culturally biased against African American children and notes thin evidence on bias. No item settles the general claim across cultures.
