Three small studies report that posture bras or bra-strap braces produced immediate, short-term improvements in scapula position or rounded shoulder posture, though one also found worsened whole-body alignment and another found no lasting effect. A separate trial of a posture-cueing shirt found no change in head or shoulder angles, so the evidence covers only narrow, immediate effects rather than a general posture benefit.
