Is it true that Dolly Parton's Imagination Library has given away more than 100 million free books to children?

Yes. A Wikipedia article on Parton's philanthropy states that in February 2018 the Imagination Library sent out its 100 millionth free book, and several other sources confirm the program distributes free books to children, though they give no cumulative total.
