Is it true that Sardinia has one of the highest concentrations of male centenarians in the world?

Unclear. Reference and peer-reviewed sources indicate Sardinia has one of the world's highest overall centenarian rates and an unusually high proportion of male centenarians in its Blue Zone, but none directly establishes that Sardinia has one of the highest concentrations of male centenarians globally.
