Is it true that Lemmings are small rodents that live in Arctic tundra regions?

Yes. A reference encyclopedia entry states directly that a lemming is a small rodent usually found in or near the Arctic in tundra biomes, fully covering the claim. Several other sources partially corroborate, describing lemmings as small rodents or as Arctic tundra inhabitants.
