Is it true that eating eggs increases blood pressure in healthy adults?

Partly. One small trial found no blood pressure effect of dietary cholesterol in normotensives, and two studies in which egg consumption (omega-3-enriched eggs, or egg elimination) was associated with lower blood pressure, though both are confounded. A hospital survey merely lists eggs among fatty foods said to trigger hypertension. No item directly tests whether ordinary egg intake raises blood pressure in healthy adults.
