Is it true that Earthworms have a brain?

Yes. A reference encyclopedia entry states directly that earthworms have a brain, describing it as a pair of cerebral ganglia forming part of the central nervous system. Several peer-reviewed studies also refer to earthworm brains, though they examine other functions rather than the existence itself.
