Is it true that circumcision causes premature ejaculation?

No. A 2018 systematic review and meta-analysis of 12 studies found no significant difference in premature ejaculation between circumcised and uncircumcised men, and reference works state circumcision has shown no effect on PE. A few small studies hint that foreskin or mucosal tissue may relate to ejaculatory latency, but the strongest evidence contradicts the claim that circumcision causes premature ejaculation.
