Live attenuated and non-live vaccines can be administered in combination
Multiple clinical trials and studies demonstrate that live attenuated and non-live (inactivated or subunit) vaccines can be safely administered in combination without interfering with their respective immunogenic responses.
The retrieved papers consistently provide clinical trial evidence and experimental data showing that simultaneous administration or co-formulation of live-attenuated and non-live (inactivated/DNA) vaccines yields non-inferior immune responses and acceptable safety profiles.
